General Information

Pichu’s World was officially launched on 28^th October 2003. It was launched by myself, Pinkie Pichu, as a simple hobby, and because I wanted to give back something to the Pokemon community.

Nowadays, Pichu’s Wold is a rather small site, with friendly oekakis and forums, centred around graphics.

But why on earth have I chosen the Pokemon Pichu as our mascot? The answer is that my very first computer-drawn Pokemon picture that I was actually satisfied with was (yep, you’ve guessed it) a Pichu. So I decided to make a site devoted to this little fella! It’s interesting to know that when the first new generation came out, I was actually against pre-evolutions which never existed before. However, I was attracted by the new, cute look of Pichu, even though it is still was a very weak Pokemon in the game, I love it.
